June 5 and June 6 Workouts

I was supposed to run on June 4th, but I didn’t.  But, I did box jumps and push presses on Tuesday (http://www.albanycrossfit.com/wod/2012/06/tuesday-060512.html) and kettlebells and burpees on Wednesday (http://www.albanycrossfit.com/wod/2012/06/wednesday-060612.html).  Tomorrow I’m hoping to get in the running that I skipped on Monday.
